"Terrazza Sveva" is a prestigious apartment located on the second floor of a nineteenth-century building without a lift. It features 150 square meters (1614 square feet) of total living space on two levels, with four bedrooms (three bedrooms have a double bed, one bedroom has two single beds). It stands out for its large terrace with a front-row view of Castle. Its location allows you to easily reach most of the monuments and attractions that the city offers. The property is divided into two units connected by the private terrace: a large loft with the main bedroom open onto the living room (no door), an ample bathroom and fully equipped kitchen and then the single room with its separate entrance from the terrace and an ensuite bathroom.

The house is in the historic center in the 1700s Hernandez Palace, overlooking with its splendid terrace the port of Catania and the ancient Civita district a few meters from the Duomo and close to the major points of interest, a 15-minute walk from the train station and 150 meters from the airport bus. It is on the third floor without an elevator, has two quiet bedrooms, air conditioning throughout the house, fast WiFi (4K), a Bluetooth speaker, a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen.
