The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Die 115qm große Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und ideal für Geschäftsreisende, Messebesucher, Familienurlauber oder auch Wochenendtrips. Die Messe Nürnberg ist zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten und die nächste U-Bahn Station in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. So erreicht man schnell das Stadtzentrum, den Hauptbahnhof oder den Flughafen. Auch die Autobahnanbindung ist sehr gut und nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
