South Bend historic cottage in the National Historic District of Chapin Park. Close to Notre Dame. One dog is welcome. No cats. There is a queen sized bed and a sofa, NOT sofa bed in the sitting room. This cottage built in 1912. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.

Studio for ONE person. No smoking indoors or out. No pets. Located on the second floor with a narrow & steep stairway. Our typical guest is in town for work at Notre Dame or the local hospital, so we ask everyone to keep a quiet house for sleeping and studying. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day.

New Guest House Half Mile From ND

All you could need!! One bedroom, one bathroom (plenty of towels and linens) fully stocked kitchen, den and dining area. One very comfy Queen bed, sleeper sofa and one twin rollaway. Private entrance over detached garage with driveway parking and a small outdoor entertaining space (not fully fenced) Less than a half mile to campus. Brand new build completed in 2025.. All new luxury furnishings. We are ND parents building a home and separate guest house for our visits to Norte Dame.
