Our accommodation "Mummola" is the old main building of our farm in the yard of the farm in Mehtäkylä. Our accommodation has been renovated to modern days in 2013, preserving the atmosphere of old-fashioned grandma. Our space is located in the peaceful side village of Kalajoki 17km from the center of Kalajoki and 25 km from Sandbanks. Our yard is home to rabbits, chickens , cats, and a dog. The trampoline, trail car, and sandbox are also available for guest use. There's a grill canopy in the yard with a gas grill. In summer 2026, a yard sauna is available.

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Welcome to a vacation or telecommuting in a lovely, atmospheric couple's cabin in Syötte, Pytkynharju. The courtyard of the cottage overlooks the magnificent scenery of the Syöte hiking area and the national park. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. Studio at the end of a detached house on the second floor. The door has a code lock. The property is located on the north side of Oulu, along the highway, near Oulu Ideapark. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed Karup design (size 140x200). The kitchen is well-equipped, including an induction stove, an integrated dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Coffee, and kettle and microwave can be found in the breakfast cupboard. Washing machine in the bathroom. Pets allowed for an additional fee. Free parking.

Charming log cabin on the shores of the Kemijoki River

Relax by the beautiful Kemijoki River in a log cabin dating back to 1811. Renovated in 2021 with modern amenities. New sauna/toilet, a grill shed and a terrace in Pihanaveta. Another sauna that can be rented separately during the summer is right on the beach. There is a hot tub and a gazebo with an 8-burner grill next to the sauna. A rowboat is available for residents to use. Linens and towels are included in the price. The taps have spring water. In the quiet of the countryside, the soul rests!

Log villa Villa Joutsensalmi

The modern and cozy log villa Villa Joutsensalmi is located in Salmilampi, just a few minutes' drive from the versatile services of Ruka's center. Well-equipped Villa Joutsensalmi creates a great setting for an active holiday in all seasons in the unique nature of Kuusamo. In summer and autumn, hiking and mountain bike trails can be accessed from the nearby terrain. In winter and spring, the well-maintained ski trails and snowmobile trails around Ruka can be accessed from the cottage yard.

Iin historiallisessa Wanhassa Haminassa omakotitalon pihapiirissä oleva asunto on tunnelmallinen pysähdyspaikka n. 500m nelostiestä. Iijoki on kivenheiton päässä, vilauksen voi nähdä jopa ikkunasta. Päärakennuksessa asuu kolmihenkinen perhe. Iin kunta on tunnettu kulttuurista ja taiteesta ja majoittaja Minna osaa halutessanne kertoa Iin historiasta, nähtävyyksistä ja kulttuurista. Iin palvelut ovat lähellä ja Ouluun 30min ajomatka. Asunto on kauttaaltaan remontoitu keväällä 2024.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Historiallinen, hirsitalohuoneisto (rak. 1900, täysin remontoitu 2000-luvulla) merenrannalla metsän rauhassa. Huoneistossa on 2 makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, wc-kylpyhuone ja eteinen. Täysin varusteltu keittiö: astianpesukone, pyykinpesukone, jääkaappi/pakastin, mikro, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ym. Mukavuuksina suihku, wc, ilmanlämpöpumppu. Tilaa 4–5 hengelle, rantasauna varattavissa erikseen 30€/h, (sauna lämmitetään valmiiksi ja vuorot klo.18-22 välillä)
