Do you like peace, space, water, nature and a nice city around the corner? Then this is your house! The house has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is located on a small-scale holiday park on the Leekstermeer. Within a 50-meter walk, you can enter or access the lake. Right next to the park is the beautiful nature reserve De Onlanden. And with 30 minutes of cycling, you are in the middle of the city center of the fun city of Groningen. The house has a lovely terrace with its own sauna (wood-fired). Unique!

We offer our spacious, family-friendly home as a vacation rental. A unique place, a beautiful, privately located garden with a fantastic view over the countryside and its cows. A well-stocked games cabinet and, if there are children, toys for both indoor and outdoor play. With a living room, kitchen, and conservatory, you’ll always have a nice spot to relax. *Rental is for quiet groups and families (28+ / upon request)! This is not the place for a youth holiday! Next to our monumental farm on the property, this small accommodation is available for a simple and inexpensive overnight stay. Sanitary facilities and a common area are located in the farmhouse. The yard is adjacent to the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is a 2-minute walk away. Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120
