It is a building similar to a completely detached two-family house. It is a cozy, private 1LDK unit. One bedroom with two beds. The building is new and simple. The room has a living room, dining room, and kitchen, and can accommodate up to 2 people. The host lives in the house next door. It is located in a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. It is a 20-minute drive to each of Niseko's ski resorts and a large supermarket. It's a 30-minute drive to Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort. Niseko View Plaza (Michi-no-Eki) is a 5-minute drive away. You can check in and check out by yourself. There are no stations, bus stops, or shops within walking distance. This is a place where you absolutely need a car to go shopping, to restaurants, or to go skiing. You can bring up to one pet (pet fee: 2,000 yen. Only pets that are house-trained are allowed) If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighbourhood, you can see Mt. The ground floor has an internally accessed garage as well as laundry and ski storage area. The middle floor is open plan with the large kitchen, toilet and dining area and lounge with great views of Mt.Yotei. There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area.

Kabayama Townhouse#3

Please note this property no longer comes with a vehicle. Located in Kabayama, just outside of Hirafu village, these brand new townhouses enjoy views of Mt Yotei and Mt Annupuri. Each townhouse can sleep up to 10 people (8 on beds and 1-2 sofa bed). The living area has an alcove that opens up to a lawn area for BBQs in summer. Built in 2018 each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and is fully furnished.

Kabayama Townhouse#4

Please note this property no longer comes with a vehicle. Located in Kabayama, just outside of Hirafu village, these new townhouses enjoy views of Mt Yotei and Mt Annupuri. Each townhouse can sleep up to 9 people (8 on beds and 1 sofa bed). The living area has an alcove that opens up to a lawn area for BBQs in summer. Built 2018 each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and is fully furnished.
