Le Nid du Chardonneret est idéalement situé à proximité des Etangs de Baye et Vaux (500m à pied) et du canal du Nivernais. à proximité immédiate de multiples activités de plein air. Vue sur l’étang. Aux portes du Morvan et de nombreux sites touristiques (chantier médiéval de Guédelon, Vézelay, vignobles de Tannay et Pouilly, site archéologique de Compierre...) ce logement fera un bon pied à terre pour découvrir la région. Parfait pour les amateurs de nature ! Pêcheurs/randonneurs… Très calme.

Implantée sur un hectare paysager, elle bénéficie d’une luminosité remarquable. La terrasse, face au lac, accueille un salon de jardin et un espace repas pour dix personnes. Entièrement rénovée, notre maison propose des espaces modernes et chaleureux, idéals pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis.

Eco Lodge by the lake of Chaumeçon - Wooden chalet

Located near Lake Chaumeçon, two small, eco-friendly, ranch-style wooden chalets sit within a 5-hectare wooded property accessible via a 1 km dirt track. They are completely off-grid, featuring solar panels and running spring water. Each chalet offers all the comforts needed for your stay, including a fridge, gas-powered hot water, and a wood-burning stove for heating. We provide a canoe for outings on the lake, as well as mountain bikes available upon reservation.

A mezzanine bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 4 beds upstairs (1 double bed and 2 single beds), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Adjacent garden with outdoor table facing the view and barbecue.

Getaway to Bec d'Allier!

Escape to Bec d'Allier, which is located at the confluence of the Loire and Allier rivers. This peaceful haven offers direct access to the beach and many walking paths. The starting point of the Loire by bike is 200 m away. Nearby, rent canoes to explore the longest river in France. The Magny-Cours circuit is also nearby (about 15 min) The village of Apremont and its floral park is 8 km away. Pets? No problem, they are welcome in an enclosed garden.

Guests can enjoy a small beach 400 m from the chalet. For the more athletic: hiking or cycling, water sports: jet ski, towed buoy, slide accessible at the Glissland nautical base, sails... For nature lovers in winter and summer, this green setting invites you to take wonderful walks.
