A playground and soccer field, as well as beautiful locations, are within walking distance. There is a golf course nearby. It is 32 minutes to the trade fair. Everything has been newly renovated. A new bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There is a terrace with garden view where you can enjoy the sunrise! We have an additional room and accommodation for more people in the west wing of the house.
