Its unique location allows total tranquility with the convenience of being downtown with walking access to the shopping and dining area, public transportation, and excursions. Admire the garden with specimens of lavender, English roses, hydrangeas, camellias, and rest under the shade of a myrtle tree. Your well-being is our number one concern, so we take all measures to that end.

It has heating, 300mbps wifi, smart TV with Google Chromecast. Access is via stairs, not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The bus stop is 70 meters away.
