Limited to one group per day, Mökki is a small cottage with a garden by a stream
Mökki means "cottage" in Finnish. Spend your time in a special place surrounded by nature. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano Town, which is blessed with forests, lakes and snow in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, and there are many natural places such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri and Togakushi nearby. You can freely use the comfortable building renovated with natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and plaster, the natural garden that creates seasonal views, and the forest where the stream flows. In the forest that we have been maintaining, you can see birds, squirrels, and raccoons, and you can enjoy strolling around looking for wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as swings and hammocks. We also paid close attention to the interior design and kitchen utensils to make sure you can enjoy "living". At the gazebo by the stream, you can enjoy BBQs and campfires without worrying about the weather. It is ideal as a base for hiking, fishing, paddleboarding, and golf in the green season, and as a base for winter sports in the snow season. We also offer a celebration cake service for customers celebrating their birthdays or anniversaries. Please check with me in advanced.

[Nüek Kurohime] An entire rental accommodation in the forest of Kurohime Kogen
🍃 “Nüek” is a small traditional kominka house located on the Kurohime Highland in Nagano, Japan, that has been renovated as a private rental inn. The renovation was attended by Studio Sayapu led by Mr. Kitazawa, an artist based in Nagano.Focusing on Mr. Kitazawa's sensibilities, the company's craftsmen brought out the power of the old private house and finished it into a space that quietly accommodates sophistication while making use of the taste. It is cool in summer and in winter you can enjoy skiing and snow views. While surrounded by nature, time passes as you gently prepare yourself. Instead of "a place to stay at the end of the trip", the accommodation itself becomes the destination of the trip. Enjoy a special time that can only be had at a small, secluded inn🏠🍃 ⸻

Enjoy the view of Lake Nojiri, with a private sauna, Anoie (あの家)
This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

[Riverside House] A riverside villa in Karuizawa with a sauna and fireplace
We have renovated a villa along the river in the forest of Karuizawa. Great location is about 2,500 ㎡! Feel the extraordinary feeling of the garden and outdoor dining where you can run around, the living room has a large sofa and fireplace. The bathroom can also be enjoyed in the JAXSON jetted tub, a large sauna for 4 people in the metos, and a rain shower in the water bath. It's a renovated old villa set in a lush natural environment. Please be aware in advance that insects may appear in the room during your stay when making your reservation. If you have excessive allergies to insects, etc., please avoid booking.
