Our private cottage is set on a peninsula at a cove where a trout stream enters the lake. There is an incredible amount of wildlife, especially all types of birds. Sunny views abound. The house boasts a bright wood interior with a cozy feel. It has two and a half baths. There is a first floor queen bedroom with cathedral ceiling, and on the 2nd floor another queen room and a twin room-2 single beds.The adjacent lake teams with wildlife, seasonal weeds do grow. Renovated cottage just 500 ft from Copake Lake. This 2 BR 1 bath house is also close to hiking trails, waterfalls, apple picking, & a winery, and in winter, there’s skiing at Catamount (it’s just six miles away!) and a distillery nearby. A house for all seasons! Please note the cottage is 5 houses back and across a quiet road from the lake, and the dock is in the lake from the beginning of May to mid-September. But there is plenty to do up here during the rest of the year!

We are a quick ride to Ski Butternut, Catamount, Tanglewood, Lenox and Great Barrington.

Lake Garfield Waterfront is a 3 Bedroom, 3.5 bath home that sleeps 8! There is a large dock, 2 paddle boards, a kayak and several life vests (kids and adult sizes). Inside the home you will find central AC, high speed internet, 4 TVs with Amazon Fire stick, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas oven/range, a stone patio with fire pit, and much more! Only 1 small non shedding dog will be considered with a $150 pet fee. * Book 31 nights to avoid paying short term rental taxes!
