We are at the top of the hill, with an incredible view of the beach, mountains and forests. 15 minutes from the beach, next to the deep well and on the way to the overlook. Perfect for those looking to be in contact with nature! We built the house by hand, using a large part of local resources, a stone wall and clay to increase thermal comfort, a wood stove, a bathroom with water treatment that feeds the plants and an independent solar energy system. Outdoor area with lawn and fire pit area.

We are located close to the well-structured Itaguá neighborhood, where we can find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, shops and restaurants.

You will be in the center of the city, with easy access to the two beach regions from here (the North, and the South). The Wi-Fi works perfectly, also for Home Office. Ponds, waterfalls and trails can be accessed on foot or by bike. The house is a 15-minute drive from Barra do Una Beach. By day, the flowers, the hummingbirds; at night, when the house lights are turned off, one can observe the fireflies dancing across the grounds.

For those who like to surf, Bonete has one of the best waves in Brazil, but be aware that it is not for beginners. There is no signal there, and Wi-Fi access is rare. So, take the opportunity to explore the region, find a beach and relax!
