2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with shower room and adjoining toilets on the ground floor of a beautiful house with an exceptional view of the lagoon. Ideally located to discover the island, 20 minutes from Mamoudzou (without traffic jams!) and close to the southern beaches.

Located in Mayotte's southernmost village, 20 metres from the beach. From the large terrace, the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep. 130-m² apartment + two terraces (10 m² and 35 m²). My parents live on the ground floor of the house and are available and welcoming. Rose, my mom can cook you local dishes to order. Very large kitchen opening onto a spacious living room. You can contact the housekeeper if needed.

Boueni Beach, entire place

Come and enjoy Boueni Beach in my peaceful apartment when I am away. There are two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning. There's also a large double sofa bed in the living room. All beds are fitted with mosquito nets and the windows are well secured. There is a small staircase to access the apartment, which is on the first floor. The terrace overlooks the beach, with turtles and beautiful corals right across!
