Near markets, restaurants, pharmacies. The bus stop for Vans is on the corner. 🚗 Private parking, air-conditioned room, kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, terrace with hammock, laundry area, a comfortable, quiet space to rest, take a walk or even work during your trip.

A well-furnished living area features large glass doors leading to the outdoor space, allowing natural light to fill the room. The quietest place in the area, opposite the natural pools and a few metres from Caminho de Moisés and Antunes Beach. Private parking. We have a day and night caretaker. Excelente casa a beira mar em frente ao caminho de Moises, garagem para dois carros 4 quartos todos com ar condicionado área de churrasco e uma varanda com vista para o mar maravilhosa e o caminho de Moises. A casa fica cerca de 10 metros do mar e próximo dos points mais badalados de Maragogi. Casa muito próxima de mercados padarias restaurantes ótima opção para quem nao quer ficar andando de carro Admire o melhor do mar e o caminho de Moises e a noite uma linda rua iluminada para caminhada 🌊

We have 1 Stand Up Board, 1 Kayak, Beach Chairs, frescobol, etc. Due to the privileged location on the border with the states of AL/PE, it is possible to visit beautiful beaches in PE: São J. It is surrounded by terraces, has 4 en-suites, spacious bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, a kitchen, pantry, service area and laundry room. Access to the beach is via a stone staircase. A great opportunity to enjoy the charms and tranquility of one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast of Alagoas.
