Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Modern functional house in Viga, Spind for rent. The house was built in 2018 and is of a high standard. On the ground floor, you will find a hallway, laundry room, bathroom, TV lounge with a sofa bed, and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room. With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

The stairs to the 2nd floor are somewhat steep with small steps (see picture). 100 m to bakery and 24-hour shop. 5 min walk to city center. 25 min walk to Sjøsanden beach and Furulunden. We offer a great, old Sørland house in the most charming wooden house development in Mandal. The property has a cozy backyard with gas grill where you can relax and enjoy the summer days. The house is located in the city center with walking distance to most places, such as restaurants, bars, shops, beaches and hiking and outdoor areas. Mandal is known for its beautiful beaches, which have attracted visitors for years. Mandal has good opportunities for golf, fishing, boat trips, modern concrete park, museums and more.

Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Parkering inni garasjen og foran garasjeport. Det er stor terrasse mot vest, og beleggningsstein rundt huset igjen ved inngangspartiet. Noe av uteområdet er fortsatt under opparbeidelse.

Egen båt og privat brygge gjør det enkelt å fiske, bade og utforske fjorden. Haus Fjordblick er en registrert turistfiskevirksomhet, og vi utsteder nødvendig utførselsdokumentasjon for fisk. Lyngdal sentrum med butikker, restauranter og aktiviteter ligger bare 7 km unna. Området byr på flotte tur- og utfluktsmuligheter for hele familien.

Cozy, bright annex, very central in Mandal city center. The town's best baker right across the street, and a few meters away, a shop that is open 24/7. The city's cultural center, tourist office, cinema, library, gallery, restaurants, shopping center, public transport, are 2-300 meters away. Walking distance (1 km) to Sjøsanden. Golf course 3 km away. And the Annex is a nice starting point for Kristiansand Zoo, Kunstsilo, Lindesnes Lighthouse.
