Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by cornfields. We are located outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo and the entire Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms on the ground floor of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparoom" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor has been renovated and is heated. However, there is no daylight.

Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located in Limhamn, close to Malmö Arena (about 4 km) and to Malmö city (about 5 km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two burners, oven and microwave. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. In the apartment, there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it, but some atmospheric candles can be lit. Free Internet and large TV selection.

Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Svensk Logcabin, med förebild från USA. Sitt på verandan och betrakta vår Japandi Garden och Koifiskarna i dammen. Laga mat, Sitt och njut, eller sov gott i skön och rofylld miljö. Använd gärna hela trädgården. Finns en mycket bra Italiensk restaurang i byn. Stängt måndagar. Nu semesterstängt till 4 augusti. Bra kommunikationer. OBS! Järnvägen ligger nära, vilket kan vara störande för den som sover lätt. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är förbjudet pga. av brandrisk!
