El salón es amplio y luminoso con dos balcones y un mirador. La cocina está totalmente equipada. El piso dispone de aire acondicionado (en toda la casa salvo los baños) y calefacción. Está situado en una primera planta sin ascensor. El piso se encuentra a menos de un minuto andando de la estación de metro Antón Martín. There are 3 double beds, 2 single beds and a sofa bed (for 2 people). It is located on the first floor of an old building. The building has no elevator. All rooms have AC except the bathrooms. Si se rompe algún elemento de poco valor y dentro de un uso normal, como un vaso, un plato, etc... no deduciremos nada de la fianza, pero por favor avisadme para poder reemplazarlo para los siguientes huéspedes. Cualquier otro tipo de pérdida o rotura conllevará una deducción de la fianza equivalente a su valor de reposición. If this problem persists, you will be expelled from the apartment without the right to any refund for the time not used and the deposit will not be returned. - KEYS: The loss of one of the keys will entail a restitution cost of € 30. - TOBACCO: Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but you can do it on the balconies of the living room. - GARBAGE: Take out the garbage when necessary, please do not let the garbage mass up in the apartment. - DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ELEMENTS OF THE APARTMENT: If it occurs, please let us know so that we can solve the problem for the next stay. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a large building, with a doorman and elevator and has 90m2. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, dining room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has capacity for 6 people and is perfect for families. The living room has a smart TV and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitro, coffee maker, etc.). The apartment has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay. The bedrooms are fully furnished: two of them have a 200x150 cm double bed and the other two, with a 190x90 cm single bed. The two bathrooms are complete, with shower and independent. The apartment comes with bed linen and towels and has heating and air conditioning. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. During the stay, guests have access to the entire house. Additionally, Minty Stay will be in charge of arranging the arrival of the guests to the accommodation, solving doubts about the access or the functioning of the equipment available in the apartment. Finally, guests will have access to a web app that contains relevant information about the apartment, the house rules and certain useful services for travelers such as luggage storage or transfer service to the airport. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door.
