Central and cozy place suitable for most people. A large bedroom with a 150 cm bed for 2 people, a small bedroom with a 90 cm bed that can also be used as an office. Boligen ligger i fremste rekke mot sjøen i idylliske basstuvåga - Søgnes vakreste skjærgård. Solforholdene er glimrende og bukten gir god ly for havets vind. Brygge, strand og velholdte grøntarealer omgir boligen. Meget barnevennlig. Omgivelsene er rolige og fri for trafikk og støy. Fra veranda og stue er det godt oversyn ned til mindreårige som leker på plenen, bryggene eller stranden. Området har i tillegg sandkasse og husker for de minste, samt ballbinge med kunstgress.
