Ideally located, you will have a parking space, a large, well-kept indoor living space and a private outdoor space. Close to amenities, you can get around on foot or by bicycle as you wish. The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private.
