Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double rooms, two with double beds and the third with two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom. There is also a living room, a kitchen and an interior Canarian courtyard. Outside, there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people, and you can feel at home. However, reservations for special event celebrations are not allowed, and parties are not permitted. We also want to mention that we, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our guests, and although we don't really use it, if guests are using it, we need to pass through this area to enter and exit our house. We also share the interior courtyard area. It is a transit area for us at some point during the day. It's ideal for children. They have areas to run and play, as well as a corner with beach sand. The house has satellite TV, a DVD player, and a laundry service for stays longer than one week... Bed linen and towels are available for stays longer than one week. Far from the mundane noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the centre of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health centre, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio, where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside around us, just behind the house there are a number of trails, which are part of the island's trail network, and which will allow you to enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transit stop less than five minutes away. From this location, visiting the island is easy. It's almost in the centre, and the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are Puerto del Carmen, which can be reached in 10 minutes, and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes away. These are ideal beaches with golden sand. In short, we invite you to get to know us and enjoy a welcoming place where the singing of birds will keep you company during your stay.

Just 200 m from the sea and yet protected from the wind, is Casa Kalisat "House of Happiness." Surrounded by breathtaking volcanic landscape, the clear starry sky at night, the power of the tides, you will find peace and closeness to nature in a beautiful living atmosphere. Throughout the village you can be undressed. Nudism is welcome here, but not mandatory. There is a supermarket in Charco and several good island-typical restaurants in Mala and Arrieta, where there is also a long, flat sandy beach, suitable for children and surfers. A protected swimming area (200 m) made of natural lava rock allows swimming at high tide all year round. A rock (500 m) with a step ladder is the perfect access to the sea for swimmers and divers. Several hiking trails start behind the house. The most beautiful leads directly to the excursion point “Jardin de Cactus”, by the famous island artist César Manrique.

El Nido is a very nice and comfortable apartment situated in a ideal quite residential area. The town center is only 15 min walking as well as the nearest beach of Playa Dorada. Nearest supermarket Aldi 10 min walking. It consists of 1 spacious bedroom (bed 180x200) ,1 main bathroom and 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen, a modern living room with a sofa bed. Air conditioning, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, WI FI and a nice terrace where you can relax. Beach towels available.

It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.
