We are two blocks from the beach and the boardwalk, close to markets, banks, department stores, and the best restaurants. On the boardwalk, there are tours to Isla Espíritu Santo and whale watching. The best area of Zona Dorada in the historic centre.

Hermoso departamento, en una de las mejores zonas de La Paz, disfruta de este increíble departamento con amigos y familia . Cuenta con grandes espacios decorados para que pases unos días mágicos, además de todo, podrás disfrutar de la increíble alberca haciendo de tus días una estancia placentera, podrás disfrutar también de una alberca chica privada incluido en tu propia terraza. Con una distancia de 6 min en coche al malecón y caminando a 15 minutos. Estacionamiento privado y wifi rápido !

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A few blocks from the pier for quiet walks where there are cafes, bars in a family atmosphere. The space is for a couple, it has an additional sofa bed for an extra person, it has its equipped kitchenette, work area, double bed and a spacious bathroom with modern details, ideal for spending a few days, it does not have its own parking, it is on the street.
