The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), with a private pool and no neighbours overlooking. The pool and the telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. The pool is heated to 29°C. In 2026: Heated swimming pool from March 27 to November 1, inclusive. In 2027: Heated swimming pool from March 26 to November 1, inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Capacity of the accommodation 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 hp).

Welcome to the farm! We welcome you to the spacious, comfortably equipped, and fully renovated house in the heart of the Loir Valley, in a quiet location. You will find many activities nearby (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.). Zoo de la Flèche is 20 minutes away, the 24H circuit is 25 minutes away, the 24H and Baugé golf courses are 25 minutes away, as well as Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike, and Lac de Mansigné. Whether you come with your tribe or with friends, you'll feel right at home!

This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.
