Welcome to my charming detached home on the outskirts of Rotterdam—featuring a vast green garden and a cozy interior. This lovely home is located just a stone's throw from the Zevenhuizerplas (5 minutes by bike / 20 minutes on foot) and offers the best of both worlds: the tranquillity of the countryside and the proximity of the cheese town of Gouda and Rotterdam (30 minutes by public transport / 17 minutes by car). The house has been furnished with great care and attention to detail by me, an architect, giving each room a sense of calm and harmony.

Genoeg te zien en te beleven in de buurt maar ook bij uitstek geschikt voor rust/vogel zoekers .

Big familyhouse near a beach, 30 minutes to center

Welkom in onze gezinswoning met veel ruimte en 4 slaapkamers (in totaal 7 slaapplaatsen plus eventueel 2 losse matrassen op de grond) Parkeren kan voor de deur en is gratis. De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam bent. Rond de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.

Peaceful House Close to Rotterdam

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

A unique experience, staying in a real original sea container called RiverDream, right on the river Lek. Bicycles are already waiting for you. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and enjoy your coffee or tea on the spacious, sunny terrace. In the luxurious bathroom, there are lovely bathrobes. The living area with open kitchen is spacious and cozy, walls finished with scaffolding wood. A 2-person box spring and a comfortable sofa bed. Private parking and a shed for bicycles.

So you can sit in the garden and find yourself in a tropical destination! Within walking distance is the center of Schoonhoven where you can experience plenty: shopping, food and drink. In short, a unique experience! Nature plays the leading role in this unforgettable accommodation.

Stek aan de Lek

Enjoy peace and freedom overlooking the Lek. Cottage in heron area with balcony, bird sounds and occasionally a curious pheasant. Private beach is accessible via path along the cottage. Here you can enjoy the tranquility or take a refreshing dip. The cottage is equipped with a combi oven, induction hob, air conditioning, smart TV, WiFi and washing machine. Electric bike rental is possible in consultation, bus stop 150 meters away.

Enjoy nature and historic Oudewater in Landhuis De Wilgenhorst. Our comfortable studio offers you the perfect starting point for a discovery tour of our neighborhood. Located directly on the Hollandse IJssel with possibilities for hiking along the Jaagpad or for taking nice bike rides to the beautiful Oudewater. We even have a docking facility with jetty, so our B&B is perfect for a visit by boat!
