At Rokugetsu Farm, you can also experience harvesting pesticide-free vegetables (reservation required). You can also enjoy dishes made with freshly harvested vegetables and Matsusaka beef from a nearby butcher shop. Farm Stay AMAYADORI Here in Ikui-cho, Kumano City, Mie Prefecture, is a rural village where the mountains, rivers, fields, and traditional Japanese scenery remain. And we, who run the inn, are a small farm that grows rice, a variety of vegetables, herbs, and flowers. During your stay, we provide rice and vegetables that we have grown, as well as fresh eggs from Kumano. The kitchen at the inn is also fully equipped with seasonings and cooking utensils. We hope you all enjoy cooking. Also, the only rafting spot in Japan is nearby. Please enjoy the traditional Japanese scenery. My guidebook includes information about the surrounding area. Tokuto is a newly renovated private mansion built in the 1940s on Teshima. It is conveniently located about 15mins walk from Ieura Port. Enjoy the luxurious architecture of the past, such as the authentic hand blown window glass, Onigawara (Japanese gargoyle roof tiles), and the beautiful gardens with an abundance of stone lanterns. The building consists of 2 villas, King Villa & Queen Villa. As a measure against infectious diseases, we accept one group for each building.

"Genki House", a house near Kumano Hongu-Taisha

It’s a house 8km from the Hongu Taisha. (about 15 minutes' drive) If you have a car it's more convenient, but if not I'll be happy to drive you to and from a bus stop or a tourism spot in Hongu area. My family run an organic farm, bakery, NPO offering long-stay for the youth, and an alternative school for children nearby. You'll have some loaves of bread from our bakery(^^)/ （If you don't eat bread please let me know beforehand)

A 150-year-old traditional Japanese inn for private use.
