Welcome to our modern farmhouse (minus the farm). Our little home is almost 100 years old! As such she isn’t perfect but she has a lot of character! We are located in a safe neighborhood just 5 minutes from downtown Kalamazoo and 10 minutes from the highway. 8 minutes to WMU. Whether you’re traveling for business, to visit loved ones, or just enjoy Kalamazoo we’d love to have you at our home. Please note two bedrooms are located upstairs with the master (king bed) on the ground floor. No crews

Beautiful Historic Home

Built in 1885, this house is quite charming. The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away. New queen beds and linens await. Enjoy meals in the breakfast nook, or drinks on the front porch swing. TV is equipped with Roku. 1.5 Baths, dining room and piano to boot. Here, cleanliness is guaranteed and the shower is always hot!

I do not except emotional support animals at all for medical reasons. Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom bungalow, just a 5-minute ride to downtown. Back deck & gazebo with fireplace for outdoor fun. Great-room concept, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, slider to deck. New kitchen with concrete counters and bar counter. Charming front porch, private backyard. King bed. Stores and restaurants are easy walking distance. I have changed the ac system since any bad reviews.
