It is sanitized prior to accommodation.

Punta Esmeralda is right next to the Marina, walking distance to a private beach, the lighthouse or rent a boat. The marina has a restaurant. Condominium amenities: Kayaks / Beach bikes / Fire pits / Swimming pool / Water trampoline areas / Beach hammocks, barbecue (reserve 24 hours in advance, cost $200)

It is located just 1 minute from the Marina and approximately 1 km from the sea, making it a perfect choice for both relaxation and enjoying outdoor activities.

With access to the different and fun amenities that the private one has, in addition to a private oceanfront club which is exclusive to the private one.
