At the foot of the residence, there are many activities in both summer and winter: ice rink, swimming pool, sports centre, cinema and all other businesses, as well as tobogganing, bike rides, walks around the lakes, rides with sled dogs, snowshoeing, and at the end of the day, treat yourself to some pampering at the spa for a great moment of relaxation.

The house is therefore located in the immediate vicinity of the innovative area. A bus stop is 50 meters from the house and serves this entire part of Meylan in minutes.
