You will find this fantastically located cottage of 88 sqm, with great sea views from both house and plot, in the natural area of Harerenden - a little north of Lønstrup. From the house's living room and kitchen-dining area, there are ocean views in several directions, as well as views of the hilly holiday area of Harerenden. The house is just a short walk from the lovely beach, and the cozy urban environment in Lønstrup can be reached in 5 minutes by car or with a walk along the water of about 15 minutes. The price does not include electricity – billed at CAD 3.50/kWh.

The home is of high quality and can be used all year round. The icing on the cake is the lovely swimming pool building with a hot tub and a view of the North Sea. The location is superb - right by the water and the beach, which you can reach on a brisk walk. It is also possible to walk to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, to which you have a nice view from the house and grounds. It is also easy to get to the seaside town of Lønstrup to do the day's shopping. There is also a nice selection of restaurants and shops.

Som noget særligt har huset sauna i tilknytning til det største badeværelse. Særskilt topudstyret kontor. Få minutters gang til alt hvad Lønstrup kan tilbyde af restauranter, indkøb og kultur. Egen lader til bil og 2 p-pladser.

Huset der indbyder til hygge og afslapning, ligger kun få minutters gang til havet og de mange smukke solnedgange. Huset byder endvidere på et lækkert udendørs wellnessområde med sauna (6-8 personer) og spabad (4+1 personer). Et dejligt fredeligt hus med god plads. Huset er renoveret i 2025 og fremstår stort set som nyt.
