Enjoy this exclusive residential complex in Los Canales de Higuerote, opposite Playa Chocolate. We have a large swimming pool, barbecue areas, and panoramic views of the sea and the lake. It is a special and very quiet place with 24-hour private security. Power plant and Wi-Fi. The town is a half-hour walk away, and there are also buses in front of the beach.
