In 10 minutes one can walk to the largest shopping center in Northern Germany, the AEZ and the rapid transit train station Poppenbüttel, from which one can reach directly the city centre. Also, the airport is not far away.

Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

Neben fußläufigen Möglichkeiten die Natur zu genießen, sind Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 25 min. in der Innenstadt von Hamburg. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 2min. fußläufig entfernt. Ein großer Supermarkt mit einem Bäcker und ein ital. Restaurant sind ca. 1km entfernt. Am Eingangsbereich auf dem Grundstück befinden sich Sicherheitskameras.
