Kitnet é privativa com banheiro privativo e uma pequena cozinha, no momento não temos geladeira ou frigobar (teremos em breve). Quarto muito fresco com ventilador de teto. Temos fogão Cooktop 5 bocas, utensílios de cozinha. Ela fica num bairro muito calmo e tranquilo, não temos garagem, porém pode deixar seu carro na rua sem perigo.

A casa está situada dentro do condomínio fechado com segurança 24horas e portaria ( Mirante Escarpas) . A casa possui três suítes , cada uma com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro , acomodando 09 pessoas. Sala ampla conjugada TV e jantar , banheiro social , varanda com vista para o lago . Todos os utensílios de cozinha , além de ser incluso roupa de cama e toalhas . O condomínio conta com 03 piscinas , área de churrasco, playground , sauna e quadra !

Chalet - Villa Terramare - Guapé

The chalet's daily rate is for up to 6 people, not including any meals, there are two suites, one with a double bed and the other with 3 extra beds. One extra bed can be included in the double room. The chalet comes fully furnished, including a fitted kitchen. To purchase food, we have a delivery menu, we have the restaurant Pier Terramare and Pousada Terramare. Check-in at 2 p.m. and Check-out at 12 p.m. The daily rates are paid in advance.
