On the ground floor, with a separate entrance, there is a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, an induction stovetop, a wood-burning stove, and a bathroom. The loft accommodates the double bed and offers the possibility of adding a single bed. The outdoor kitchen, the barbecue area, the swimming pool, shower and outdoor bathroom are for common use.
