Our house is located in a gated community, inside a farm, on the shores of Lake Itaipú. You can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, with security and great comfort. We are 20 minutes from Foz do Iguaçu and Paraguay, and 30 minutes from the Argentine Customs. We have a swimming pool and a private beach tennis court, as well as covered parking for 4 cars. The house has 4 suites, a gourmet kitchen, barbecue grill, dining room, TV room, fireplace, laundry area and washroom, and can comfortably accommodate 12 people.

The house's outdoor and private area has a backyard with a fenced pool, for the protection of children. Large garage, with coverage for three cars.

Trust me, you'll want to wake up early everyday just to feel the fresh air...

The place is a farm with chickens, ducks, fishing ponds, and wild birds. This house is made of wood, very compact, with a bathroom, double bed and a bunk bed, accommodating 4 people in all, with a small basic kitchen with: two-burner electric stove, pan, frying pan, glasses and cutlery. Plus a 10,000 BTU air conditioner.
