We purchased this house back in 2004 from my father in law when the house was just too big for him. My family has enjoyed many great summer and winter vacations at this house...so many memories. Beautiful, spacious and cozy house, very clean. Just 10–15 minutes from downtown and the Ensenada promenade. 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, all upstairs. The living room with a fireplace, kitchen, dining room and half bathroom are downstairs. Space for 12 people, a fully private patio/garden with a pergola, a half bathroom and a barbecue area. You can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner in a beautiful kitchen with all the accessories and utensils needed to prepare food.

Located on the Wine Route, our two-story house offers tranquility and comfort. With 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, a study and 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 small bedrooms with bathrooms on the upper floor, it is for couples or families looking for a break. Please note that the garage, greenhouse, storage rooms, and the master bedroom dressing room are restricted areas. No parties or events. Vehicles can be parked in the property's courtyard. Enjoy your stay!
