De cottage heeft een aparte, rustige slaapkamer, een badkamer en een lichte open keuken, woonkamer en eetruimte. Uitzicht op een tuin die zowel strak als wild is. Kom tot rust bij de warmte van de open haard, ontspan met de zorgvuldig samengestelde LP-collectie, en neem een duik in de privé-hot tub terwijl u van de sterrenhemel geniet. Elk detail is ontworpen om sereniteit, privacy en comfort te bieden.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in dit volledig ingericht huis midden in de natuur. Naast de plek in Epe die we hebben om te verhuren, nu ook deze, een stukje verder van de drukke weg met uitzicht op koeien in de wei en een heerlijk terras. Dichtbij de Veluwse Bron, het bos, leuke dorpjes en prachtige steden als Deventer, Zwolle en Elburg. Lekker fietsen maar ook de Klompenpaden lopen, makkelijk op te pakken vanuit hier. Of genieten van het even niets doen, tv kijken, lp’s luisteren, koken….

On a quiet forest park, on the edge of the Crown Estate, 2 pers. chalet, no. 90. Living room, 1 bedroom with double bed, small dressing room, kitchen, large bathroom, terrace with garden set and shed. Equipped with all basic necessities + microwave. Very suitable for people who love hiking, biking, wildlife spotting, peace and nature! You are in the middle of the woods! Parking space 10m from the chalet. There are no facilities such as reception, supermarket, etc. Small pets are allowed.

Wellness Lodge with private sauna and jacuzzi

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

Deze knusse boslodge ligt op een unieke plek op een volledig omheind privé bosperceel van ruim 1000m2. Het is hier heerlijk vertoeven tussen de vele kwetterende vogels en eekhoorntjes. De woning is geheel gerenoveerd (afgerond in december 2023) en sfeervol ingericht. Er is veel aandacht besteed aan comfort, wat onder andere terugkomt in de vloerverwarming, goede isolatie, de houtkachel en zowel een bad als een inloopdouche. Het buitenleven is hier fantastisch voor zowel jong als oud.

Welcome to Roos & Beek The cottage is wonderfully quiet in the outskirts of Vaassen on the Nijmolense stream where you can now also follow the Klompenpad of the same name. But of course you can also take a nice walk in the woods or on the heath. Within a few minutes, you can cycle to the city center, the forest or the Veluwse Bron.
