Your temporary home! 😊 You will stay in my family-friendly furnished 2-room old building apartment (67 sqm). In addition to the combined living/bedroom with a bed (140 cm bed) and couch, you have a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed, as well as a single bed with a width of 80 cm in the bed box. So you don't have to do without the family bed on vacation either. Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathtub and a cozy balcony to the courtyard with gas grill are available.

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

You can expect a modern flair with a lot of love for detail. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is quiet, but still directly adjacent to the trendy Dresden Neustadt district. Euch erwarten zwei Zimmer und eine sehr große gut ausgestattete Küche. Ein Balkon an der Küche ermöglicht einen schönen Morgenkaffee im Freien zu trinken. Im Schlafzimmer mit Blick in den Garten werden Sie nicht durch Lärm gestört. Die Straße vorm Haus ist eine Fahrradstraẞe.

A cosy apartment for 2 guests 20 minutes away (by foot) from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the Dresden Mitte station. It's a quiet area that promises a break away from everything. Situated on the top floor, this means that you will not have any neighbours disturbing you. With a supermarket just around the corner, and a lovely cafe right by the hospital, you can get everything you need by staying here. Please note that this building has no elevator.
