Spacious terraced house overlooking the canal!

This 4-story house (garage, living area, bedrooms and attic) is for rent for 3 2 bedroom that just had a renovation, as well as the bathroom. In consultation this can also be for a longer period. The living room is "private" (like the other rooms) but it is fine to sit at the dining table to eat. Usage of the kitchen is allowed, without using my own food of course etc. Downstairs is an extra refrigerator where groceries can be put if necessary. The garden is south facing, nice and sunny.

Bedroom with double bed, fridge, shared bathroom, toilet and a backyard. For Tt guests, I offer a pick-up and drop-off service by car. The cost is €10 per day. Wake up relaxed with a cup of coffee or tea with bird and water sounds. All next to the Lariksbos. 20 min walk to the centre of Assen, 30 min walk to Station Assen. Or take the OV bike and be there in 7 minutes. You can reach downtown Groningen by bus in under 30 minutes.

Typical Dutch city 30s home. Light, clean and comfortable. Cllimb 4 stairs, and the sight over Groningen is marvellous from our roof terrace: a lovely quiet and private place to enjoy in summer time. Comfortable, spacious and cozy home in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to city center, ring road accessible in 2 minutes, all amenities nearby. Not suitable for people with a cat allergy due to the presence of pussycat Kaatje.
