Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. It is very centrally located, 10 minutes from Amsterdam, also a trainstation nearby in Abcoude.

Badkamer met ruime douche, volledig ingerichte keuken met o.a. een vaatwasser en oven. Ook zijn er in de buurt allerlei activiteiten zoals de Efteling, Drunense duinen, varen in de Biesbosch of neem een kijkje in het vesting stadje Heusden. (Neem ook een kijkje in mijn reisgids)

Our cozy chalet is located right next to one of the most beautiful nature reserves of South Holland: Lentevreugd, which is only a few minutes away from the beach. In front of your door you will find grazing Highland cattles and Konik horses. The chalet lies behind our Tulip farm and it can accommodate a maximum of 3/4 people. Peace, freedom and every night a beautiful sunset. Due to the enclosed garden, the chalet is also ideal for young families

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.
