Easy walking to downtown, 1/2 mile from the center on 4th and F, 1 mile from train dpt. The 1945 apt is charming and historical. Upstairs is a qn bed in bdrm 1, single bed in bdrm 2 and full bath. Middle floor has a full kitchen and living room with smart TV. Dnstrs is a shared coin-op laundry. Not a good match for young kids because of 13 steps betwn floors. Also, Not good for especially lite sleepers, next to a Street into town, for most people it is simply ambient sound and no prob.

Forest Yurt has all of the spirit of an off-grid forest yurt, in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood, 5 mins from airport. This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!
