Cozy Nashville Attic Apartment

Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Holiday In Holladay at “The Station”

Take a holiday in Holladay! Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of Holladay, TN! Located 5 minutes off Exit 126 on Interstate 40, this cozy apartmen is only minutes from the TN River, Birdsong Marina, Nathan Bedford Forrest, and Natchez Trace State Park. This area is a known as Sportsman's paradise, and this property is designed with that in mind, with barnwood accents and a beautiful, large cedar countertop. There's a queen bed and a pull out sofa for kids or extra guests.

Cabin on the Hill/ King Suite

This King Suite has its own private entrance that is attached to the cabin. The King Suite and the Cabin can be rented both separately through Air bnb. This King Suite is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The cabin next door is not included it is separate. No third party bookings. Because of health issues, we can not except animals. No smoking and,you must be 21 to book.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This apartment is located in the quaint downtown Smithville, Tennessee with shopping and restaurants. You are also minutes away from the beautiful and pristine Center Hill Lake with all sorts of outdoor activities including boat rentals, canoeing and hiking trails. Please note that the TVs are available for streaming with your own streaming accounts and are also equipped with ROKU so you will have network television and free movies as well.

Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.

Enjoy the center of the antique district of Smiths Grove centrally located to Mammoth Cave NP and Bowling Green. Stroll around Main Street visiting the unique local shops, treat yourself to an ice cream cone from the Flavor Isle or jump right on I65 and head to Bowling Green or Mammoth Cave for a day of adventure! This great loft apartment is in a building over 100 years old and the character is cozy and gorgeous. Please note this apartment is on the second floor of the building.
