Small but cozy cottage apartment

Our comfortable and stylish private apartment is situated next to the recreation area Kings forest. Hiking and biking trails start just in front of our home, but you can also drive to Cologne's city center within 20 minutes by car. Airport and Cologne Fair are as close. Everything you need for daily living is in walking distance. Valid from April 1, 2025: The 5% overnight tax of the city of Bergisch Gladbach is already included in the price and is transferred to the tax office by the host.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

The property is at the end of a dead end in the middle of forest and meadows. Great for hikers and bikers, starting right outside. In the large garden behind the house, you can lie in the sun to your liking, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10,- for additional costs ) or end the day at the campfire!

By car in about 15 to 25 minutes to Düsseldorf, about 30 minutes to Cologne Nevertheless, you do not have to give up relaxing nights, as we live very quietly. "Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They are centrally located, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving daily needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to Central Station. House of History is 1.4 km away and World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.
