On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Le jacuzzi, sur la terrasse couverte, est chauffé toute l'année et n'est que pour vous. les commerces les plus proches (boulangerie, épicerie, boucherie) sont à 4km à THENAY et tous les autres commerces à 7km à CONTRES. Composed of an entrance, a living room with equipped kitchen and sofa bed (130 cm: for 2 children or 1 adult), a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. Terrace area with unobstructed views of our park of more than 2 hectares (not enclosed).

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.
