The living room is spacious and bright with two balconies and a viewpoint. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has air conditioning (throughout the house except bathrooms) and heating. It is located on the first floor without an elevator. The apartment is less than a minute's walk from the Antón Martín metro station. Although in some cases, you'll be able to check in sooner, just ask me. If you arrive after 9pm, there will be an overnight check-in fee of €20, payable at the time of check-in. Antón Martin is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Madrid. Its streets are full of atmosphere and authentic places to visit, as well as restaurants and bars. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a large building, with a doorman and elevator and has 90m2. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, dining room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has capacity for 6 people and is perfect for families. The living room has a smart TV and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitro, coffee maker, etc.). The apartment has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay. The bedrooms are fully furnished: two of them have a 200x150 cm double bed and the other two, with a 190x90 cm single bed. The two bathrooms are complete, with shower and independent. The apartment comes with bed linen and towels and has heating and air conditioning. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. During the stay, guests have access to the entire house. Additionally, Minty Stay will be in charge of arranging the arrival of the guests to the accommodation, solving doubts about the access or the functioning of the equipment available in the apartment. Finally, guests will have access to a web app that contains relevant information about the apartment, the house rules and certain useful services for travelers such as luggage storage or transfer service to the airport. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door.
