The property offers 550 m² of comfort, divided into 6 spacious en-suite bedrooms, carefully prepared to accommodate up to 16 guests (additional visitors require prior authorization). Private pool and full deck. *Bands, karaoke, parties, or loud music are not allowed.* Ambient music is allowed only through the house's speaker and until 10:00 p.m. (maximum 65 decibels).

Parking available for more than 8 vehicles. In addition to the large house, there is an auxiliary room with refrigerator and 2 beds next to the pool. We have a housekeeper who can help cleaning the house for a small additional cost.
