This modern space with capacity for 6 people, has as its main attraction open spaces overlooking the ocean. The social area has a TV room, living room, dining room, kitchen and a large balcony where you can enjoy a beautiful view. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and a bathroom. The building offers a shared pool on the first floor. As for the location, a supermarket is a few blocks away and the island's main beach is a 15-minute walk away.

At night it is a quiet and safe place, far from the noise of bars and clubs. The apartment is in perfect condition, recently completely remodeled.
