The yard had beautiful flower beds, not to mention the amazing view of Mt. Garfield! The house itself was very comfortable and had anything you can imagine in the kitchen, making a few at home dinners a breeze. The house is 6 miles from Palisade and a short drive to the Orchards of Orchard Mesa. Skiing at Powderhorn Mountain Resort is a short 40 minute drive. Fruita, with world class mountain biking, is a 40 minute drive. The home is 1/4 mile off of Business Loop 70 with easy access to Interstate 70. A small farm within city limits.
