L'île des Marinas is located on Port Capistol between Centre Port and Richelieu Beach. The house is completely enclosed and has no neighbours directly opposite. From the entrance to the island, there is direct access to Quai Malfato, which leads either to the Centre Port or to Île des Loisirs and the beautiful Richelieu beach.
