The Old Cassava Mill in the Taquaras neighborhood, fully restored and today a beautiful site with a 3,000-meter garden, a two-minute walk from Taquaras Beach. The space, with a swimming pool, billiards and many other amenities, was designed for those who love nature, the beach and enjoying unforgettable moments of absolute relaxation with family and friends. The glass and wood house preserved the original pieces of the old mill in its design, which are now part of the residence's decor.

THIS IS THE MIDDLE ONE WITH A SIDE SEA VIEW for 4 people, but accommodates up to 5 people (extra charge). All townhouses are equipped with air conditioning, wifi, rotating parking, full kitchen and barbecue. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, stand up paddle and kayak for shared use among the townhouses.
