We continue to offer our beautiful cozy apartment (35 square meters) with balcony and Wi-Fi. The lagoon is only 200 m away, and the lawn beach on the dike with mudflats and sea is just a short walk through the beautiful spa park. The apartment has parking space no. 468 at the entrance to the house. Storage space for your own bikes is available. There is no cleaning fee (we are the cleaning crew :-) Please leave the apartment swept clean; towels + bed linen on the floor. The guest card costs €4 per person/day

Sophie's Altstadtstübchen is a cozy apartment in the basement of a single-family home. Perfect for one person—with its own entrance, one bedroom, two walk-through rooms to get settled and feel right at home, as well as a small bathroom with a shower. A guest bed can be provided on request. The location is excellent: green, quiet, and very convenient to the market square and train station (600 m or 7 minutes on foot). The WKK and the FH are 1.9 km away. Also perfect starting point for bike tours.

"Deichperle" - Vacation in Top-Location

The flat is really nearby to the beach and the natural "swimming-pool". Where you can do also surfing if you are interested in. The bathroom is in typical blue color as you expect it for a bathroom so near to the sea. The kitchen has everything you need to spend some nice moments of cooking with your family. You won´t miss anything. There is a second TV in the sleeping room. Still small, but sufficient. The highlight is the living room, where you can spend some hours doing several activities.

The house is 124 m² and has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (both with shower and toilet, on the upper floor even with bathtub and sauna). On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. The attic invites you to play foosball or read a book. Outside, there is a furnished terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor.

My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

Welcome to - Apartment II: The apartment is located approx. 5 minutes' walk from the North Sea dike and the family lagoon. In the modern furnished attic apartment, with its south-facing terrace, you can spend the most beautiful time of the year. The living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area, the new kitchen with dishwasher as well as the bedroom with walk-in closet, TV, box spring and crib will please you just as much as the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Our small bright apartment consists of a living/sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony. In the well-equipped kitchen there is, among other things, a microwave with circulating air to bake rolls, for example, a Senseo and a normal coffee machine, toaster and a kettle. Two mobile hotplates also make it possible to cook small things. Coffee and cappuccino are ready for you. The apartment has a parking space and access to Netflix, Disney and RTL+.

The ideal location of our "Ferienwohnung Boje" invites you to a fantastic walk to the beach (only 100 m) or a shopping trip in the center. Our holiday apartment Boje is on the upper floor of a family house with a total of 4 apartments. South facing with balcony, 40 m² living space, ideally suited for 2 people (maximum 3 people, whereby the 3rd person would have to sleep on the pull-out sofa bed). A parking space is available.

"Hus Utspann" is suitable for families or for a generational vacation. We welcome couples who prefer separate bedrooms, students preparing for exams, girlfriends' vacations, participants in outpatient rehab or... The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away (see below). The stop of the seasonal bathing train is very close by.
