Heathland Dream

The house is located in Rolfsen at the end of the village directly on the edge of the forest, approx. 20 minutes by car from Lüneburg. A tastefully furnished complete, ground-level floor awaits you. You can enjoy the large, well-kept garden, with magnificent views into the distance. For a small fee, it is possible to book a yoga or Qi Gong lesson. Four bicycles for excursions in the heath are available. We are also happy to pick up guests from the train station in Lüneburg for a small extra charge.

Im Winter sorgt der Kamin für kuschelige Stunden. Oder ihr erkundet die Gegend. Das schöne Lüneburg (10 km), Hamburg (40 km) und die Lüneburger Heide (15 km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Frische Brötchen gibt es beim Bäcker um die Ecke. Das idyllische Waldbad ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Ideal für Mädelsgruppen "Macarons backen mit mir" 6TN, 4h, á 60€.

Wir vermieten unsere voll ausgestattete 50 qm2 große Ferienwohnung. Sie verfügt über 2 Zimmer, Küche und Duschbad. Zudem kann eine überdachte Terrasse und ein Sonnendeck mit genutzt werden. Grill und WLAN stehen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung eignet sich für 4 Personen +1 Kind auf (Zusatz Matratze) Es gibt ein Doppelbett (180cm)und ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa (160cm) im Wohnzimmer. Möbel Allergiker Freundlich, siehe Bilder. Heidepark in 20 und der Bahnhof Wolterdingen in 15min. zu Fuß erreichbar.

"Dien Uttied" steht für die besondere Auszeit in der Natur, fernab von Alltagsstress und Stadtlärm. In unserem urgemütlichen und gleichzeitig sehr gehobenen Tiny House/Bauwagen, könnt ihr abschalten und Eure Auszeit genießen! Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Der Ortskern mit Geschäften ist fußläufig in max. 10 Min. zu erreichen. Studio (ca. 30 m²) mit eigenem Eingang, Doppelbett (1,40 m), Einzelbett (0,90 m) und eigenem Bad. Die Essecke mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr und Besteck. Der Garten ist NICHT hundesicher!! In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich eine Firma, die unter der Woche zwischen 07.00 - 16.30 Uhr für "akustische Eindrücke" sorgen kann. Ein Hund kostet fünf Euro Reinigungsgebühr. Drinnen herrscht Rauchverbot

Idyll, tranquility & relaxation – all this is on offer in our sustainable & building-biological shepherd's wagon. Caravan muff goodbye, because here it smells pleasantly of wood. Natural materials create a particularly pleasant atmosphere where you feel at home – maybe even a little better. Very comfortable bunk beds, a small pantry kitchen and a table with a cosy seating area for up to 4 people complete the whole thing. Bath, shower & toilet are accessible in the main house.

The apartment is on the upper floor of a residential building. It is suitable for 4 people or 2 adults and 3 children. There is an open kitchen-living room, a spacious bedroom with double bed, a children's room with bunk bed and a shower room. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The nearest bakery is about 1.3 km away, the nearest supermarket about 2 km. The AZL Luhmühlen can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the event area Westergellerser Heide in 15 minutes (2 km).

Our little apartment is placed near the famous nature reserve "Lüneburger Heath", which offers a lot of activities like hiking, biking or horse riding. Starting from here is just a stone's throw to the "Heidepark Soltau" (amusement park), Snow dome Bispingen (ski park), Wildpark Lüneburger Heide and Serengeti Park (wildlife parks), etc… Take your bike or grab your horse and conquer the area! You are welcome to bring your domestic animals with you!
